Warranty Policy

Thank you for your choice of purchasing Anern solar energy products.

 

To safeguard your legitimate rights and guarantee a reliable customer experience, Anern has put into place a clear and just warranty system: This policy defines what is eligible for warranty, what is covered, what is provided by the service and what are the responsibilities of logistics, and it is created based on the features of the product as well as practical application scenario.

 

1. Warranty Eligibility

1.1 Applicable Products

This warranty applies to all products sold under the brand Anern through the approved sales channel, including but not limited to:

  • Solar panels

  • Lithium batteries (standing batteries, rack batteries) and related series

  • Inverters (off-grid,hybrid,low-frequency,etc.)

  • Solar street light (combined type) Solar street light (split type)

  • Energy storage systems

  • Related accessories and components

 

1.2 Eligible Customers

Warranty coverage is only for the first person who buys the item, and when you give it to another person they do not get the warranty.


1.3 Proof of Purchase

To ask for warranty service, people need to give:

  • An invoice, order confirmation, or transaction record as evidence of legitimate purchase.

  • Product serial number (S/N)

These documents need to be shown to verify the purchase date and product information.


1.4 Warranty Start Date

The warranty period starts from the time the original purchaser obtains the product.

Warranty time differs due to product categories, and agreements exist based on the contract.


2. Warranty Period & Coverage

2.1 Product life and warranty duration

  • Solar Panels

    25 years power output performance guarantee

    15-year product warranty

  • Lithium batteries (including ESS batteries)

    8-10 years expected lifespan

    5-year warranty

  • Inverters (on-grid/hybrid/low-frequency series)

    8-10 years expected lifespan

    1~5 Year during warranty(depending on model)

  • Solar Street Lights(integrated/split)

    10 years expected lifespan

    3-5 years warranty

  • Accessories(controllers,cables,mounting parts,etc.)

    8-10 years expected lifespan

    3-5 years warranty


The actual warranty period depends on which actual product model it is and the corresponding contract.


2.2 Warranty Service Coverage

Warranty Period: For products that fail due to material defects, manufacturing defects or non-warranty issues under normal circumstances, Anern will provide one of these services free of charge based on our technical assessment:

  • Repair of the defective product

  • Replacement of faulty components

  • If a replacement is needed, replace it whole.

Additional coverage includes:

  • Remotely troubleshoot and fix problems, diagnose fault remotely

  • Technical consultation and operational guidance

As for the replaced parts or products, the validity period of the original product is still valid.


For the OEM / ODM customized products, the warranty terms and service scope are strictly adhering to the terms and conditions as per the contract.


3. Warranty Application Process

(1) Once you encounter a product problem, please contact Anern by using the after sales channel on the official website, official mail, or calling the customer service number.  Provide details including product model, serial number, purchase information, and fault description.

(2) As guided by the responsible service representative, submit desired materials including clear photos or videos, as well as some error codes to assist the accurate fault diagnosis.

(3) After the technical evaluation has confirmed the eligibility for warranty, Anern will inform you of the specific address for repair and instructions on how to ship it.

(4) After receiving a defective item, inspection and repairs will usually be completed in 7-15 business days. For problems that are more complicated, it might take longer as well. Once completed, It will be back to you quickly.


4. Warranty Exclusions

Anern reserves the right to refuse service for the denial of a warranty.

  • The product was changed and taken apart; It was repaired without authorization:

  • It is not due to manufacturing flaws or material quality or technical design.

  • The product is not within what it states as warranty.

  • The product is not made or supplied by Anern
