Payment Terms

Secure and Standardized International Transactions

We offer flexible payment options aligned with common international trade practices:

• Sample Orders:
  100% prepayment via T/T (bank transfer)

• Bulk Orders:
  Typically 30% deposit by T/T, with the balance paid before shipment

• Large-Volume Orders:
  Letter of Credit (L/C) is acceptable

Final payment terms are confirmed during order negotiation and clearly stated in the contract.

All schedules are confirmed based on time of order receipt and attempts are made to satisfy the client project schedule if the scheduling allows.

When trading is done on a CIF basis, value has already been added for the freight and insurance from origin.As with all International Trade agreements revenue and risks between both parties are transparently addressed based on agreed Incoterms.
